Attentive to deadlines & ability to manage time effectively
Effective communication skills & ability to work with a team
Ability to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week to the role

Must be 16 years or older as required by position

Graphics Designer
Design content for marketing, branding & social media campaigns. Take projects from concept through final publication while collaborating with other members of the team. Experience in graphic design and samples of work are required.
Marketing Specialist
Execute on marketing strategy to raise awareness with donors, prospective staff & prospective recipients of our programs. Support website, social media, collateral development, public relations, and advertising campaigns.
Video Creator
Serve as the visual storyteller of the Ranch. Formulate content ideas, shoot footage, edit and publish. Produce engaging content for various multimedia outlets including: website, blog, newsletter, social media and email marketing.
Finance Specialist
Review and improve budget by researching costs and questioning assumptions. Track funds and manage accounts payable. Provide monthly reporting to Treasurer. Work with treasurer to write policy & implement financial processes.
Fundraiser
Generate qualified leads of prospective donors. Make initial contact & necessary follow-up. Engage team as appropriate to support in relationship building. Track the status of all prospects in donor database.
Project Manager
Guide the activities of the team to ensure we successfully meet our objectives. Manage day-to-day tasks. Follow-up to ensure work will be completed timely. Keep track of meeting notes & communicate clearly to the entire team.
Systems Admin
Serve as the technical resource for the team, donors & service recipients. Manage website, donor site & email administration. Research new technologies needed & provide recommendations based on research. Generate reports as needed.
Low-Code App Builder
Build web-based applications using low-code tools. Applications include: website, donor site, email campaign workflow automation, resident & camper registrations, program portals, and other apps used to manage all aspects of the Ranch.
